Kokoshita is a free public beta. Features, limits, and availability may change or disappear without notice, and the service may be interrupted while we work on it. Nothing here is a commitment to keep any feature, or the service itself, available.

Creative guidance only

Kokosh offers creative styling suggestions. It is not professional advice of any kind, and it does not know your body, your workplace rules, your climate, or your comfort better than you do. You decide what to wear.

No guarantees about garments or previews

Suggestions and generated previews are approximations produced from photos and text. We make no guarantee about fit, fabric behaviour or drape, colour accuracy, comfort, sizing, durability, appropriateness for an occasion, or how a look will actually appear on you or on any garment.

Do not rely on a generated preview as a representation of a real garment or of your own appearance.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you add. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, and that photos of people are of yourself or of someone who has agreed to it.

You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: storing your content, and sending it to the AI services described in the privacy notice to produce the results you request.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, or photos of other people without their consent. Do not attempt to access other accounts, scrape the service, or use it to build a competing dataset. We may suspend accounts that do.

Independence

Kokoshita is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to OpenAI, ChatGPT, or any clothing, retail, or fashion brand. Third-party AI providers are suppliers, not partners.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” during the beta, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid — which, during the free beta, is nothing.

Changes and contact

These terms will change as the product changes; the current version always lives at this address. Continuing to use Kokoshita after a change means you accept it.
